Brendan Henderson

After 10 years providing taxation advice to multinational and listed companies on a diverse range of issues and transactions, Brendan joined Fordham to specialise in helping business owners achieve success. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1998 and is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Brendan’s key areas of expertise include advising on tax issues associated with acquisitions, divestments, restructures, business succession/retirement planning and tax audits, objections and appeals.

Brendan is regularly called upon by Fordham people as a specialist tax resource, source of knowledge, research leader or simply for a second opinion.

Many clients eventually get to meet Brendan.
