Her recent focus on finance function efficiency, leveraging outsourced talent, streamlined processes and technology, aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering smarter, more agile solutions for clients. A proud Melburnian, Lisa spent 17 years managing her own accounting firm and more than 11 years as Partner at Deloitte Private. Known for her ability to simplify complexity and build long-term relationships, Lisa is a trusted advisor who helps families and businesses grow with confidence.
Also joining us is Sean Nguyen, a Partner who thrives at critical inflection points such as scaling, restructuring, succession planning and solving complex tax issues. Sean works closely with private businesses, family groups and ambitious startups, helping them make strategic decisions that truly matter. Recognised as a ‘Coaching Superstar,’ Sean is passionate about mentoring and developing talent, believing that strong relationships and empowered teams are the foundation for sustainable growth. Also a proud Melburnian, Sean balances life with two young kids, a love of coffee, and an unwavering hope for his favourite NBA and AFL teams.
